Phoebe Walsh is an Ireland-based sleep and nutrition specialist with a strong focus on plant-based living. As a committed vegan and wellness advocate, Phoebe approaches sleep not just as a biological need, but as a reflection of overall lifestyle—especially what we put on our plates.


Her journey began with a passion for nutrition and a belief that the right foods could fuel better energy, mood, and recovery. But after struggling with her own disrupted sleep, Phoebe realised that even the healthiest diet couldn’t compensate for poor rest. This sparked a deeper exploration into the connection between sleep, gut health, and micronutrient balance—particularly within plant-based diets.


Today, Phoebe combines her expertise in vegan nutrition with a science-backed understanding of sleep to help others thrive. She works with clients to identify deficiencies, improve sleep quality naturally, and build sustainable routines that support both body and mind.
